Happy Anniversary...
12 years ago today I married the man of my dreams in the Manti Temple. I waited a long time to get married and I'm glad I did because I couldn't have found a man better for me then Scott. We've been through a lot together and besides having my size 2 body back again, I woudn't change a thing. I love you Honey. Happy Anniversary.

LDS Young Women Take it to the Big Apple
Lisa and I took our Young Women from church to New York City. We had a great time. These girls are great. No complaining..no trash talk...no bickering...and very respectful young girls. I think they're just awesome and they're a great example to me. I hope they know how much I care about them. In the picture: Lisa, Jessica, Sandy, Me, Pamela, Melissa, Isabel, Joelisa, Maryangel, Juliette and Sonya.
First stop was the hotel in Stamford Connecticut. We left Friday night and drove in the rain to get there. The hotel room was awesome. Thanks to Lisa for hooking us up. This is Sandy and Juliette in one of the rooms.
We then went and got appetizers at the hotel restaurant. This is a pic of Sonya's prawns. The food was awesome!!!
My Brushetta...
After our appetizers, we swam in the pool and hot tub. I had this picture posted but for some reason it got deleted and I can't get it back in order since I'm so computer savey.
Next we took the commuter rail to Grand Central Station...here is Juliette and Sandy laughing on the train. They were laughing at how many pictures Sister Redding and I were taking. Oh yeah..and Juliette is really shy.
We went to bed pretty late and Sonya just had to take a snooze on the train....too bad there is always someone lurking around to take advantage of a great photo opportunity!!!
Next stop after Times Square was the Metropolitan Museaum of Art, after lunch at Planet Hollywood, which was really cool. The girls were pretty tired by this point. We all wanted to take a picture of all of us wearing our new scarves we scored from the street vendors. NO lie, 2 people turned Lisa down when she asked if they would take our picture....only in NYC!!!
I have quite a few of these pictures of Pamela hiding her face. She's a little camera shy :)
Sonya and Joelisa at the Metropolitan Museum of Art resting their feet.
This is on the way back to Grand Central on the subway. For some girls it was there first time on a subway. Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience as we were as tight as sardines , jammed packed. I've been on the subway many times in my life but it's never been this crowded. After a few times of being slammed into other passengers...we just started to laugh. Some guy took this picture of us. We're down at the end of the car but you still can't see Lisa or Juliette and 2 others since they were slammed up against the back wall. Ahhhh the subway!!
Some Granola we picked up on the commuter rail. We let her sit with us..... And so we come to the end of a great long day of fun, walking, eating, culture and shopping. The girls were pooped and my back, knee and feet were hurting like crazy..but it was all worth it! The girls even made it to church the next morning. Again....awesome, beautiful, young women we have! Thanks girls.

Halloween 2009
We had a great Halloween this year. The weather was warm and no rain!!! We walked through crunching leaves in the warm breeze, like I used to do when I was a kid. What was new this year is that my kids were able to keep up with their cousins running to the houses. This year we had Mickey Mouse and a member of the S.W.A.T team....and we got LOTS of candy. So much for losing weight before Thanksgiving!!!
Me and the Boyz.
Some of the cousins. We trick or treated with Nemo, a cowgirl and a Punk.
This is our Punk kid Adam. What's funny is he's the farthest thing from a punk....he's a cool cat!
Hope you all had a good Halloween...so far we've had candy for lunch AND dinner! Until next year...
