Snow Days
We had A LOT of snow this year....and quite a few snow days from school. It's always fun to get together with friends and go sledding. My friend Lisa always has her camera and you can always count on her to get the great shots. Loving this shot of Jordan literally flying in the air RIGHT before he slams into the tree. No injuries for him thank goodness, in fact he said it was WICKED fun. !!!
I'll usually try anything once...and I usually get hurt doing it to. Not sure why. Here I am having a blast RIGHT up until "I" hit the tree. Not so fun.
Kasey Base loves to go sledding. He is quite fearless.
We took my niece with us. We went down together and got pummeled with snow.
Jordan, me and their friends Noah and Zueleka.
I love my friends. I really do have the best! We all get along so well and always have a ton of fun. We have recently had our ward split and I am the only one in the other ward. These fun times better not end. Here's to being close friends wherever we are!!
My handsome three musketeers.!

Blizzard of 2013
Yes, I know. I'm still catching up. Our blizzard this year was a doozie. Most snow we've gotton since the blizzard of 1978 when I was 10yrs old. Almost three feet in some places. This is out my front door. I started trying to open the door, when I couldn't get out I started feeling claustrophobic, but Scott was able to force it open. Whew!
Kasey could barely walk around. He had to crawl. He seemed to disappear in some spots.
This is the view from the top of my drive way. Can you say "poor Scotty?" Trust me when I tell you we have a HUGE driveway. Took Scotty three hours to get us plowed out. Thank goodness for snow throwers!
The walkway between the front door and the steps.
The snow was up to Jordan's hips in some places.
Jordan jumping from the top of our swing set into some nice cushioned white stuff.!!!
Scott's car is that big bump on the left.
It's hard to get perspective on just how deep this was. I measured 2 1/2 feet in some places. This picture maybe gives a little scope of it being higher then the snow thrower.
We have had enough of snow to last me until I die. I'm done! Happy Spring.
